Doyle ITS PasswordSafe allows your portal users to safely store useful links, usernames, and passwords in a centralized location. This is great as a service for community portals, for users that lack their own computer, or for anyone that just has too many usernames and passwords to remember! This is also great for teams that need to share password information!

All passwords are encrypted, and entries are tied to user accounts or Roles (as of v1.2, Role Groups are also supported). There is no limit to the number of entries a user can have.

Simply make Doyle ITS PasswordSafe available to Registered Users, and any information they enter is tied to their account, unavailable to anyone else. They merely enter a URL, give it a friendly name, and, if they need, a username and password. The password is encrypted before storing in the database, and decrypted when the user views the module. When viewed, clicking the URL will launch a new browser window to their site.

When allowing the privacy setting to be based on Roles, the user will only see Roles in which they are a member.
